Hollidaysburg, PA – Stiffler McGraw, a full-service consulting firm offering complete civil engineering, surveying and architectural design services is pleased to announce the addition of Tobias Nagle to the Stiffler McGraw staff as Senior Environmental Scientist.
Tobias comes to the firm with over 25 years of experience in the water and wastewater field and has extensive knowledge in the operations of water treatment plants, reservoirs and storage tanks. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Resource Management from The Pennsylvania State University. Tobias is a PA DEP certified operator and has his Water W8515 and Wastewater T2838 certifications.
Tobias will be working out of our corporate office in Hollidaysburg and will be responsible for water and wastewater permitting, environmental permit compliance, water quality reporting and water treatment troubleshooting.
