Stiffler McGraw Hosts Food Drive for Local Charity
Indiana, PA – Stiffler McGraw’s Indiana office announced last week they will be hosting a food drive during the month of May. The food drive is to benefit the Indiana County Community Action Program’s food bank.
Stiffler McGraw will be collecting canned goods and non-perishable food items from April 23rd until May 23rd from 8 to 4 PM at their Indiana office located at, Suite 001, Old Borough Hall, 39 N. Seventh Street.
In addition to the items collected, Stiffler McGraw will be matching their employee’s monetary donations to go shopping for additional items to boost the amount given to the ICCAP food bank.
The end of May was selected due to children being out of school and donations tend to slow down during the summer months. Stiffler McGraw wanted to choose a date that would be a greater benefit for those in need of these resources.
“We are very passionate about giving back to our communities and we are always looking for different ways to get involved. It’s an honor to be able to help support and contribute to the 6,000 income eligible individuals the Indiana County Community Action food bank serves,” says President, Tim Cooper.
The collected items will be delivered on Friday, May 25th.
