Hollidaysburg, PA – Stiffler McGraw, a full service-consulting firm offering complete civil engineering, surveying and architectural design services, with offices located in Hollidaysburg, Indiana, Bedford, Towanda and Tidioute Pennsylvania is pleased to announce the addition of two new shareholders, Joel E. Romagna and Brian D. Shura.
Joel E. Romagna, P.E. has been with the firm since 2006 serving as a Project Engineer/Designer and is currently overseeing operations at the firm’s Warren County office. Mr. Romagna holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. He is responsible for design, bidding, construction management/administration, and securing of permits for numerous municipal infrastructure and site development projects as well as serving as client liaison for various municipalities and authorities throughout Pennsylvania.
Brian D. Shura, P.E. joined Stiffler McGraw in 2005 as a Project
Engineer/Designer. Mr. Shura is responsible for design, securing of permits, grant
and loan administration, construction management/administration, and client liaison in the firm’s water/wastewater treatment division. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Shura has also been responsible for numerous land development projects and is the company’s lead engineer on issues dealing with Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems, (MS4’s).
With the addition of these two gentlemen, 11 shareholders are included in the ownership of Stiffler McGraw.
Established in 1989, Stiffler McGraw specializes in water and wastewater engineering, stormwater management, land development engineering, transportation engineering, construction management, surveying, architecture, environmental services and electrical, structural and mechanical engineering.
