Project Description: Client needed a boundary, subdivision and land development plan produced for 31 residential homes.
Project Solution: Since the 80-acre project was 98% open agricultural fields, Stiffler McGraw used RTK GPS measurement solutions for almost all of the survey locations. Continuous topo mode was used to obtain mass ground shots to prepare a surface model for design. The road and utility stakeout was also performed with RTK GPS
