Project Description: To provide apartment living for adults aged 55 and older, having moderate incomes in locations with convenient access to needed services.
Project Solution: Designed site grading, drainage, stormwater management, parking and landscaping. Prepared Subdivision, land development and erosion control plans; obtained needed permits
Project Results: Roaring Spring facility utilized innovative stormwater management discharge system to avoid a point discharge; Bellmeade facilities were designed within an environmentally sensitive area, abutting a high quality wetland and watercourse.
